Cabbage White Brunswick

Brunswick is a reliable medium-late white cabbage variety, harvestable 120–130 days after transplanting. The firm, pale green heads weigh between 2.5 and 3.5 kg. Valued for its excellent taste and high sugar and vitamin content, this variety is perfect for fresh consumption and is especially prized for making sauerkraut. Seedlings should be planted in the open field before May 30th.
